Abstract
The A.F.A. Feral Exotic Bird Retrieval Program is currently
being implemented in cooperation with the California Dept. of
Food and Agriculture. If the program succeeds in recapturing
escaped aviary birds, the state will NOT prohibit their possession,
as is the case regarding Monk Parrakeets.
