Abstract
Prefaced by an executive committee meeting Friday evening, the board of directors met Saturday morning for a half-day business session. Included in the day's business was the approval of eleven new state coordinators whose names were submitted by state coordinator chairman Dr. Amy Worell. President Tom Marshall announced the drive to raise funds in preparation for AFA's attendance at the next C.I.T.E.S. Conference in Jakarta, Indonesia, in 1989. Lee Phillips, former AFA president, was appointed to coordinate AFA's position papers and delegates to this conference.
